Abstract

The area round Lingen has recently changed greatly, hence the need of qualitative research. Describes the research and the approach methods (empirically). Discusses the location of Lingen, the structural weakness of the Ems area, the planning that has gone on, and particularly of the industrial park of Lingen-Sud. Deals with the explanations specific to this region of industrial development. -D.J.Davis
